- Hardness: 56 – 60 HRC
- Roller type:
-

Proper installation and maintenance
Installation
- The correct distance between rollers and die is key to avoiding damage and ensuring tablet quality.
- Setting too tight: Die will bend and may crack. Increases the risk of metal-to-metal contact.
- Insufficient setting: Can cause roller slippage and excessive heat. Can lead to die clogging. Improve the durability of the pellets
Maintenance:
- Avoid direct contact with the roller
- If it is clogged, soak it in oil and try to restart
- Never hit the mold with a steel tool
- Protect the mold from metal by installing a magnet
- Before use, carefully check the mold
- Check (clean) the mold base and clamping device
- Be careful when installing the mold and roller
- Avoid damaging the mold holes
- Use a feed mixture for idle mode (neutral grease mixture)
