Working Principle

The system uses a two-stage filling process:

• Coarse filling: Fast feeding of materials into the bag.
• Precise filling: The discharge gate narrows, slowing the flow for accurate weight control.

Once the set weight is achieved, the filled bag is automatically transferred to a sewing machine for closure. Manual operation is available when required.
