Dies

• Material: CR13X46 Chrome Alloy Steel
• Hardness: 54 HRC

Proper installation and maintenance

Installation

• The correct distance between rollers and die is key to avoiding damage and ensuring tablet quality.
• Setting too tight: Die will bend and may crack. Increases the risk of metal-to-metal contact.
• Insufficient setting: Can cause roller slippage and excessive heat. Can lead to die clogging. Improve the durability of the pellets
  

Maintenance:

• Avoid direct contact with the roller
• If it is clogged, soak it in oil and try to restart
• Never hit the mold with a steel tool
• Protect the mold from metal by installing a magnet
• Before use, carefully check the mold
• Check (clean) the mold base and clamping device
• Be careful when installing the mold and roller
• Avoid damaging the mold holes
• Use a feed mixture for idle mode (neutral grease mixture)
